Holding onto sheer hope.

They did, and comprehensively. That doesn't mean they can't go on a losing run for 7-8 games. True, so can we but I think we'll earn more points than them between now and May. Forest I think will implode and Southampton are already gone in my eyes. Everton will frustrate us in most games but we'll pick up points in others.

I think in the last 10 games they have lost 8 and won 2.

Had a tenner on Everton, Southampton and Bournemouth to go down at start of season.

I know people don’t like betting against your own team but I see it as slightly cushioning the blow.

I remember backing Harry Redknapp being next Everton Manager years ago to ease the pain if it was him at 20/1

Also had Fat Sam at 4/1

Even in Carlo’s season Sheff Utd and Fulham comfortably beat us at Goodison and they were awful all season.
They'd been officially down about for about 2 weeks before that as well. Unsurprisingly, their matchwinner - 17 year old Daniel Jebbison - hasn't scored for the Blades since.

That's what we are. A charity - though that makes sense when Miss Dynamite figures so largely at board level.

all down to BK we’re a laughing stock

All this talk of relegation processions by the kopites outside our BMD stadium in May is laughable.

We are just a few points off 12th.

If we fans get behind the players in the same way that we did at the back end of last season then we will hammer Southampton on Saturday and we will be well clear of the relegation zone.

If we go down then we are screwed. Administration will come unless some lunatic buys us out and pumps loads of money in.
Sadly that’s absolutely correct.

We will be another Bury. Another derby if we’re really lucky. And greats like Dixie Dean and Howie will be turning in their graves.

What teams around us have actively strengthened in the window thus far?

Wolves, Soton, Leeds?

The others are in the same boat more or less? Could argue Leicester are worse off due to the Madison injury.
