Ok I'm going to "bite" to your weird hypothetical situation here.
Pep Guardiola has earned the right to be patient with considering he's one of the best managers in the world and has over 25 trophies to his name. Duncan Ferguson on the other hand has been a part of not 1 not 2 but 6 YES 6 failed regimes now.
Also your post makes it sound like he's the actual manager when he's literally the caretaker.
I’m looking at the man currently manager and that’s Dunc, so I can have my views as you do, but what ever we agree or disagree about we won’t change what the board does. But one thing we must really agree is to back the person that is the current manager, it’s not going to help if we don’t. Did anyone really truthfully expect us to get much today, personally I saw a draw at best from this game, the bigger picture is up and coming games that on paper look a bit easier, whether that’s the case who knows. But give the bloke some support for more than one game, know wonder managers don’t seem to want to come here.

Don't Know how we are going to.solve it. Home with a full team who all shown fight snd Still lost.
It takes more than desire and fight to get out of a relegation scrap in this day and age. We barely had a sniff first half and for the last 20 minutes, for all our bluster we hardly threatened villa.

Not a slight on our interim manager, but we need proper direction and management right now. Not passion and to run around tackling anything that moves for 90 mins.

I don’t think Pep’s plan would have been to launch the ball at DCL and hope for some knockdowns tbf.

Moving forward, whoever comes in next has to try and get us to play decent football. I know some of the players are dross but come on…

I think Ferguson did as well as he could today tbf - but we need a proper manager to come in and take charge.
Personally I’m happy for Dunc to have 3 more games, then look at it then one game is know where near enough to judge Dunc.

The only slither of hope is that Moshiri surely now knows we could relegated, which would be a huge embarrassment for him.

Good manager, CM and CB needed pronto, get that Cheque book out and make it happen.

Problem is they are massive games …lose to Newcastle and leeds and I’d say we would be odds on to go down in the markets.

He might turn it round…but I have a feeling they will appoint someone this week. Whether it’ll make any difference - who knows anymore!?!

We sold two of our most creative outlets and the third is up on nonce charges I mean you couldn't make it up. Then we wonder why we lack guile
James would have been gone whatever he wasn’t staying here without Ancelotti here, Digne has been awful for us for months, he will up his game now for his new team how long will that last, TBH I couldn’t care less. The man we can’t mention as much as hes under performed over the years, he would be handy to have atm.
