There will be more twists and turns yet, but the last week has tipped it back to us in a big way. It's there for us at Watford, but we've given ourselves every chance now. Credit to Lampard for that. He has them up for it. Pickford has shown us the value of having a world-class goalkeeper. I think it will come down to Palace at home, but we have a little air now. A win on Wednesday would be almost too good to be true, so I am holding back on the mutual masturbation for now. But win on Wednesday and it'll be seminal around here, so to speak.

Got to the point now where I'd prefer our fixtures over theirs. Didn't think we'd get through our 'harder' fixtures the way we have. I just want to fast forward to the end of the season now!
I was concerned about the Utd, Chelsea and 2 Leicester games, I always knew we would lose against them lot, but against the rest we have done great, that last minute goal against Leicester at home could still turn out to be so important.

It's really simple: we need another win and the job is done.

3 points on Wednesday and with Burnley playing before us on Sunday we could go into the Brentford game knowing that a win secures survival.
And if we do beat Watford and Leeds don’t beat Chelsea, we can go into the Brentford game with the same knowledge, regardless of Burnley at Spurs result.

Same commitment required until the end of the season.
Things won’t always go every week, but the past 7 days have been huge after being 5 points adrift and 2 VERY tough fixtures to come.
I have very much enjoyed that our response to the media's shouts of 'Where are everton's next points coming from!?' has been: well the next two games actually....
