Agree.
When Frank said our season would not be defined by the outcome of the Spurs game, it was more or less an admission that were coming home pointless on Monday.
With that in mind, I'll keep a casual eye on results that affect us and get revved up for our next home game where it is generally accepted is where we can stage our dash to safety.

There are so many games left, I'm not sure why people are bothering to predict every result. I get it with 3 games left or something

This time last week, Burnley were world beaters and Leicester were about to get relegated.

If we're not in the bottom 3 after this week, that's a fairly big sign we'll stay up with all the games in hand

Thank god Leicester are beating Leeds! Dont need them going 5 clear of us.... We are slowly getting cut adrift.

Yes we have games in hand but we cant win, Lampard has 1 win in 4 (3 points from 12) in the PL against Newcastle, Leeds, Southampton and City. Not really that great is it?

I just think this is the season we go, and on the balance of play we absolutely deserve to go down, in the 18 games since September we have won 9 points from the last 18 PL games. (9 points from the last 54 available)

Hard to predict how it will go but we have played 4 games, including cup matches, at home under Lampard (3 of which were against PL opposition) and we have won 3 out of 4. It’s certainly no disgrace to lose narrowly to city.

Two away PL performances were poor but that Southampton team is a decent side this season and has turned over Spurs and West Ham recently.
