newcaslt aside absolutely perfect night for us so far, as someone else said though think Newcastle are safe now with the form they have hit.

anyone one of us/burnley/leeds or brentford could take that last spot
Howe's done an amazing job there considering they were rock bottom on 9 point in November !!!

Newcastle aren’t out of this yet. They’ve had some good form but could still get dragged back in. But yes it’s looking like a four way play off between us Burnley Leeds and Brentford.

Burnley and Leeds would probably bite your hand off to be in our position however bad it is.

If we are being optimistic, if Newcastle have a big dip now, their last 5/6 games are evil so you never know, but a point tonight puts them on 29 points, while we are on 22. I think they’re safe. Turds.

What do we want sat with brentford v burnley. A draw?
Brentford win.

While we have three games in hand or whatever on Brentford, what is it about our form over the last 19 games that gives anybody the notion that we are capable of bridging a five-point gap to them, let alone overhaul them? So far better for them to keep Burnley below us because we're not certain to add to our points total, let alone overhaul those above us.

Burnley are the livewires that worry me. Their fixtures aren't too bad either, and Dyche will have them battling for every last point they can fight for. Norwich are gone, Watford are on their last legs, but Burnley are still twitching, which is more than our lifeless corpse is doing.
