The obvious problem with being one off the bottom three is that all it takes is Burnley or Watford to string 2/3 results in a row and we falter…

Is it likely they will? No. But at the same time the run in throws all kinds of results. Burnley seem to lack the firepower required for me, but Watford have shown they can win games out of nowhere (Villa and soton away).

I think we finish above leeds and Brentford. Just want this mess of a season to finish.

I think safety will be quite high this season, maybe 36-38, higher than it has been for a while.

Newcastle on 31 points, as per above probably only need 5 to 7 points from 9 games - All but safe
Brentford on 30 points, they probably only need 6 to 8 points to be safe from 9 games - All but safe
Leeds on 29 points, probably only need 7 to 9 points from 9 games to guarantee survival - Very nearly safe
Everton on 25 points, meaning we would need to get 13 points from 11 games to guarantee survival
Watford on 22 points, 3 points back but have played 2 more than us, I think they are gone but they do have to play us
Burnley really worry me, yes 4 points back with same games played but over the games Frank has been in charge they have accumumlated more points than us.

Yes to a certain degree we have it in our own hands but decisions just dont go our way, VAR is actively against us. I fully expect some `dodgy` decisions to go against us in the games remaining especially Watford and Burnley.

I`m really worried, someone give me a crumb of comfort or positivity to cling to.....

Brentford and Palace at home. Same atmosphere as last night ?

I wonder if our agreement over transfers and budgets etc is working against us.

Perhaps the FA, PL can't be seen to favour us and thus any opportunity there is which may look at favouring us, they are sub consciously not doing so for fear of looking like they're helping us on the pitch as well as off.
