We should knock down the Goodison Road and Park End. The community facilities they've talked about building should be built there, there's enough room.

The Gwladys and Bullens should be restored on the outside to as close possible to the way they looked when they were built (in other words that carp Bill Kenwright put on the outside should be taken down).

Goodsion could then be used to host games by the women's team, the youth team and for local football.

Planit-IE fleshes out Goodison legacy project - Place North West

Everton FC’s design advisor has added detail to outline proposals for the stadium site submitted last year, including reducing the amount of retail and leisure space, and set out a timeline for development.

These are the last released plans, this is about the 3rd incarnation, each time the plans seem to have been scaled back in ambition tbh. Whatever does end up there hopefully makes great use of the space and helps towards regenerating the area. Will be a struggle when we leave at first, but can only see it helping in the longterm if the Goodison site is utilised well. Big opportunity for Walton and the city as whole really.

These plans have been submited for the old van sales yard on Walton Lane/Bullens Road though, completely separate from the clubs plans, so does show private investors have sone confidence in the site
