We're reenacting WW2.
You can either approve or disapprove of anyone's post. Which gives them green and red squares (or 'rep' for reputation) next to their name to show how popular they are.
If you go to settings you can see any rep that was been left for you. Ghost has been getting lots of negative rep recently and wants to tell us he doesn't care.
He doesn't care so much in fact that he's making a post about how much he doesn't care. That's how damned apathetic the man is.
