I said that was how I read it. Never said I was unwilling.
... and I never said you were expected to pay for your ticket !
*thumbs through rule book to checkSoz. Must have missed the fine print in the competition rules.
All applications to @Dutch Toffee - He's handling this one.
If he acts a bit unsure of what you're talking about at first... it's all part of the recruitment process.
There may be a few 'ties'. We may need a few retests.*drools
I think we need a cook off to decide the outcome of this. If @RAFUH can come over with yourself and the lovely MrsM then we'll arrange a meet up in a kitchen somewhere and @tommye can be compared, in culinary terms, to the two of you.
The mods will be fed and a decision reached. In the event of a tie the person bringing the best bottle of scotch as a gift ( as determined by @Groucho and myself ), will be adjudged the winner.
I have a feeling there may be a tie.
Do the trick for you and @Woolly Blue? There may be a few 'ties'. We may need a few retests.

Maybe leave a smidge for me...
I feel 3500 and worth about 40 quid.40 years old and worth $3500 ?
One of these vaguely reminds me of Tommye, the other doesn't.
Bunnahabhain is boss like and I've had never anything older than the 18 year old, I reckon if someone turns up with a 40 year old bottle then we can skip the cooking test and just declare them the winner.
Of course we get ripped off price wise down here...how much they go for in the UK?40 years old and worth $3500 ?
