My policy is this, in priority order:

1 Ban Goat
2 Ban BrownZ
3 Increase neg capability to at least three figure amount for forum supporters
4 Restore Sniderman to previous greatness
5 Get Damo on record amounts of ignored posts by half the forum.

Since I'm clearly not going to win, this isn't a bad shout from Chico.
