my nyr is to get into certain peoples faces a lot more.
in fact im going to go out of my way to get into certain peoples faces.

for a few years ive been a bit of a hippy pacifist and let many things to slide by, but now my kids are grown up , im gonna be a born again ahole.

the devil hasnt got a patch on me this year.

i really am going to be a lot of peoples worst nightmare.

Have to at least make an attempt to quit the ciggies this year - Sunday football's suffering and I'm having to play centre-back now!...

Also, would like to replace my dad's car that I totalled 8 years ago this May, swore to myself I would some day and have saved up a fair chunk for it.

Well, as am hittin the big 30 this year, am gonna step up my training a few gears and get in the best shape possible. few marathons should sort that out.

Oh, an to stop pullin fat wrong'us in heebies jebbies. Haha

Going to try and rack up between 7,500 and 8,000km on the bike this year. Works out at around 150km a week.
