Because if that's an option it's because he's not done well at Spurs. Which means we've done extremely well to get the money we did. And this is a real possibility btw.@GrandOldTeam looking at the replies alone, I don't think it's the consensus rather than some of their knee-jerk fans, just like we have.
It is going to be difficult for him because they've got high expectations due to quality they already posses, and the price will only exacerbate that.
Yet we know what he offers, so if he does that there then I suspect he'll make an impact. The question is if that'll be enough to appease their fan base.
If I remember correctly, I'm sure @Yid4life said he was playing well and improving each game, so perhaps he could give an update.
Why not? I'm not saying we should if the situation arises, but we should at least be open to the idea if the situation was right - e.g. price, performances etc.
Richarlison is a player who most fans felt a real affinity to, which I think was reciprocated by the player. I wouldn't be upset if he eventually chose to come back.
You move on. Reinvest in trying to find the next Richarlison, although hopefully cheaper to start and better.
The other part that I guess is still maybe too soon to say is he's just not that good. He's an above average PL player with good goal output and major weak points.
