I don't think we are skint, as in no money to spend. I just think our wage bill is too high and we need to get it lowered so we don't fall foul of the rules.

From my understanding we arent close to breaking any rules, I think we want the wage bill lowered cos paying 39 players a season isnt a good business model.

Care to share the videos? Because I just watched a couple and I have no idea how this is possibly a £50m signing... I dread to think what Niasse would cost in this market, but I think we get stumped on the stadium, selling him could be the answer.
