Thought we did some excellent business with Rom. Folks said we overspent then too. Do you think Richarlison at age 21 is the finished article?

Easy to be selective about this signing lark.

Weird how when we sold Rom for a deal worth up to £100 mil wasn't reported that way. £75 mil was all you heard. Same with Gylfi £45 mil was all you heard but that figure is with add ons.

The only interesting thing from that was at the bottom it said Coutinho is trying for EU so we probably wont get Mina.
 
Comparisons with Liverpool are daft anyway. £50 million can buy them much much better players than the same amount can for us. Could we have signed Salah from Roma? No chance.
We have to overpay and gamble a bit.
