Agree that he is looking, by far, our best player. The problem we have now is that we must get other players of a similar calibre in to inspire a rise in standard of the rest of the squad. Otherwise, there is a danger that the 'group dynamic theory' will mean 'Rico's' standard gets dragged down to that of his current colleagues.
