Only plays well when we're winning, anyone else noticed this or is it just me

We only play well when we're winning generally, fall apart like wet bread otherwise. I like that Richy doesn't hide and works insanely hard, even if he's playing utterly crap. It'll do for me

Looked like he needed a break, sensible (and brave) for Silva to rest him. I also think he dovetails very well with DCL who can do a lot of the "dirty work" for him. That's probably the single biggest thing we didn't do for Lukaku- get a lad in up top with him who could occupy defenders and let Lukaku do his thing best. He can do the job running the channels too but in lots of games it will really occupy him.

He has 9 goals half way through the season now. Only Salah, Aubemyang & Kane has more. Sterling has been compared to Messi this season and he's on the same as him. He has more than Aguero, Hazard, Mane & Martial who we are told are all having good seasons. He has 3 more than Anderson who some said was better on here).

We'd all have been delighted with him getting 10 league goals this season. At his age and for £35 million that would have been a brilliant return. Rashford (the same age) has seasons of 5, 5 & 7 league goals in an entire season. He can still get better with what you said above, but lets not lose sight of how well he has done now.

Yep, him and richy, who were the two who started off the quickest out of all of them, the rest are still playing catch up over the next month or so lets not forget.

Don't get me wrong, he's excellent, but we have conceded quite a few goals from balls going into the box too easily from that side. He has been at least 7/10 for almost every game though, and has had a few 9s or 10s, so he'll do for me. A few years ago, the prospect of securing a left back that was as good as prime Baines would have seemed very remote to me, but I think we have him. It's the highest praise I have

Yes Digne has been a very good signing along with most of the summer buys but I think Bernard could be the best of the
bunch, still getting used to the premier league, he will get better and better, mind you there are more signings to come in January and they will improve us further.

Who on earth can vindicate that a 21 year old Brazilian taking their shirt off in Burnley in the cold winter is the same offence as someone cheating by diving to con a team out of a win. Stupid idiots run this game, I tell you.
