Will go down as a legend no matter what. 100% hes off this summer as hes stayed 2 years longer than intended and deserves champions league play, but never seen a player with his level of talent also work as hard as he does for the club, until the final whistle.

It’s more likely than not he’ll leave in the summer, but I don’t think it’s the complete foregone conclusion some think it is.
I wouldn’t begrudge him the move to be fair, but I think he knows he’ll never be loved anywhere else in his career the way he is here.

He’s tasted his own international success and been constantly and unjustly criticised by outsiders.
He’s had his original mentor buy him and get sacked, he’s had Ancelotti, Benitez and now a manager who actually understands the club.
He has put up with some crap here and has remained loyal. I really hope he stays but if he goes he owes us nothing and I wish him well.

Agree, but he's probably the player I'd be most gutted about losing (going all the way back to big Dunc in the 90s). Lukaku was up there but kind of wore the fans down with his constant stories in the media.
