I’m not sure I buy Spurs interest, they have Son and just got Perisic, they have Kane up front. They have absolutely no need to spend big on Richarlison and we shouldn’t entertain clubs that won’t spend big for him.

Think it woukd be a bad move for him at best hes a utility player, covering on the left and for Kane.

I know swaps rarely actually happen, but I actually wouldn’t hate Bergwijn at a discount if we end up selling Richy to Spurs. He hasn’t ever been a prolific goal scorer but he’s really direct and dangerous with the ball at his feet. There’s definitely more goals to be had with him. Would need to be in additions to another attacker, but Bergwijn would be a plug and play option that could team up with Gordon and another youngster on the wing.

I’d like us to be looking at him too, he’s not pulled up any trees at Spurs is the only thing. Same thing with Moura who’s also been mentioned. I think both have their negatives too so it’s not totally straight forward.

Think the most realistic thing that we’d end up with is £60m + add ons for Richy or else maybe £60m + Winks which obviously isn’t the most glamorous player to get in but it sorts a position that we’re incredibly lacking. Looking at how January went with us basically being able to spend as much as we get it’d be smart for us to get the £60m and a player because that potentially gives us the ability for 3 £20m players for the rest of the squad.

Perisic is a wing back now isn’t he? Also they’ve looked for a backup for Kane with years with no success. Think if Richy goes there he’ll be part of the rotating third choice in the front 3, although honestly I think he’s good enough to make himself a starter there pretty soon after arriving.

He’s much better than their other forwards aside from Son and Kane, I also think Conte would love him and his workrate.

He played there for Inter in the last couple of seasons, but I don’t think he was ever happy about it, Conte even bombed out for a year in loan as he didn’t want to play there. Son is a golden boot winner. Kane is there starting 9 and bar injury your not getting in ahead of him.

I think it’s a bad move for him, I think he would be a utility for them, would they pay the fee we’d accept for a utility player, reports of 51 mill would suggest not.
