Bidding wars arent really a thing.

What happens is that the clubs talk to the players agent and they indicate which club he would rather join.

The other club normally stands down, neither have anything to gain from throwing bids at Everton to trump the other.

Once 1 of them reaches a price Everton will accept, theres no reason for the other club to increase on that, its not Everton they need to convince.

Of course with 2 clubs involved it gives us some scope to not accept a lower deal on the table.

Makes the club a joke , leaking team news out days in advance , what did we win last season 29% I’m sure as hell confident it didn’t help us in any way

We did this with Andy Johnson and Villa if I remember correctly.

Hahahaha I don’t think it has anything to do with the team news being leaked 20 minutes early mate, I doubt opposition managers are throwing their entire week’s worth of match preparation out the window because they’ve found out Iwobi is playing on the right of a back 5.

Grow up mate.

Teams and press are given the team sheets 90 mins before a game. Press can start readying there notes and sites 15 mins before with an embargo on the hour. Clubs already have each others team sheets remember. If you think me tweeting 5 mins before contributes to our dismal season then go give your head a wobble.

It’s simple and quite frankly I’m sick of it. Had my niece threatened for starters over nothing tweets. If you don’t like what I tweet, ignore, block or mute. It’s quite easy. Because mark my words, I only tweet what a top journalist already has in his inbox ??

I suspect Richarlison would happily join either club as both in the CL which surely strengthens are hand. If only one club were in for him they would be able to bid low
