It's not good to see but the team dealt with it well in the end, and the ball went in the net. It's not a huge deal.

The difference is simple though. Rom scored 24 (I think) in his best season and Richarlison scored 13.

I've no issues with desire etc, the problem is if he continues to act like a bell, imagine if Lewin had missed yesterday after Richarlison's hissy fit had affected him, would we have been so forgiving?
