Regardless of that mind blowing sub, these players should be ashamed of themselves. Why do they look like a championship team, why do we look so bad at the back, why do we look so bad going forward. Honestly, we look like like the worst team in the league going forward. We lack any sort of creativity and have done for years now. We can blame Koeman, Silva, Fat Sam, Carlo, Benitez, the board, the owner, brands..... etc.... but these players are ******* embarrassing. Everyone of them should be honoured to wear that shirt and be 100% up for it every single week with the wage they earn, the job they have, and the life they live. It’s pi***** me off that not one of them look like their even bothered.

Could have put gray on the right who has shown he can whip a ball, if he really wanted to, Gray getting wide with Rondon and Richy in hte box may have produced more.
Bottom line is should never, ever have been taken off.
Saw that, fans responded with his song and red and white [Poor language removed] chant at Benitez, says it all.
No reason we couldn’t have gone Gray left, Gordon right sending balls in for Richy and Rondon - Townsend did nothing before or after the sub today except won a few free kicks.

He needed more support up top but he took him off when we made the changes to give him more support against a team that started to sit back.
