The heart versus head problem is a real pisser. If he wants to come back, I think he'd also play past the pain barrier like he did before and that's just not good for him at his age or us.

Look, if the medical team look at him and say he is worth taking a risk on the potential upside is huge. Spurs is a horrible club that ruins players, so he will probably be delighted to come back here.
