With Tommy also coming home you are excused GD:lol:

Cheers. Was happy to see him back at Goodison. It was mentioned on Danish TV yesterday evening and Gravesen said that he was very happy to come back and that he was joining one of Europe's top clubs.

GD I said when he left us he was still passionate about EFC, his demeanour showed nothing but respect for the club and us fans, off the field he is class in my mind and on the field, when he plays he's not far behind.(y)

I believe you're right unlike other players I have never heard an interview where he said that he left Everton for a bigger club. He stated that he had played with great players at all his previous clubs (Yeboah at Hamburg, Gascoige at Everton etc.). Some people just have a certain professional class to them and I believe he is one of them.

I remember seeing him in Cosco with Ratshitski, Tommy G was chatting with everyone, patting kids on heads being a really good advert for the club considering he had only come in to shop, the other one was his usual self. In years to come he will make a brilliant manage imo and he has at least three playing seasons left in him.(y)

Certainly provide that bit of creativity and flair. And there's no denying that he can play a killer ball in. Member that ball he picked out at Goodison in the Champions League.

I think he may find it hard to settle in Liverpool and in the English game though and given his age its probably quite shrewd just to get the loan deal.

Would love to see Gravesen firing on all four cylinders, Cahill, Arteta and Riquelme on one pitch.

This transfer window (the Fernandes incident aside) has been quite eventful.

STILL 14 HOURS TO GO AND STILL SHORT OF NUMBERS.

COYBBs.

This transfer window has had me check the news threads every 5 minutes. Wonder how many times I will still check in the next 14 hours :D ... Hopefully DM will pull another bug one out of the hat. He has really shown that he wants this club to become another force in the PL & Europe.

if the riquelme story is true then that would be great to see and it looks like he would be on loan so we still have money to spend now or in jan.

this would be a master stoke by moyes!!!!

I agree! At least we would not have the burden then of buying a player for a load of money and he does not perform. WHen on loan, we'd just be able to say thanks for your service but no thanks...
