1. This team has not been able to defend crosses all season.

2. He puts out the same formation every match, and refuses to change it despite an abject lack of success with it.

3. He persists in playing two holding midfielders despite the fact that it hasn't stopped us from shipping goals.

4. A 35 year old player is made to cover more ground in his team than anyone else on the pitch.

5. He refuses to hold players accountable for either poor performance or lack of discipline.

6. He puts undue pressure on young players by lauding them with so much praise that they think they're too big for the club and have their heads turned.

He's done a good job of recruiting players. Apart from that he's been an absolute disaster for two years.
