Everyone had their own turning points mate. It was the Stoke 3-4 game for myself, for others it was Hull in Jan last season, or West Ham this season etc. At least it's got so bad now that we are all actually in agreement for once!

Hard to pin-point my moment... I've been very loyal and patient... but I had naggling concerns about his gung-ho approach in those final few weeks of his, otherwise excellent, first season. I was worried by that Chelsea defeat at the start of the following season, really angry after the Kiev game and finally realised it wasn't working this year, West Ham home. Even then I was prepared to give him a chance of redemption in the FA Cup and fancied us strongly... but knew then it was win or bust for me.

Cant be attending the Awards, needs to be sacked this afternoon!

Cause they wont sack him before the Presser, they wont then let him give a presser then sack him after or Saturday so then he'll be there Sunday and it does NO ONE any favours.

Thanks for the first season and all that, but since then we've been spiralling down hill to the point of absolute embarrassment and no return. We have a new owner now with high expectations, unfortunately you just don't live up to these great expectations to make us a power house in English football once again. Adios Bobby.

On the other hand ... has anyone seen Vitor galloping down County Road on his horse yet?

He managed to take Inter from Italian and European champions to mid table in half a season.
With respect that's not relevant to my point. Every manager, inc Mourinho has successes and failures. The better managers have more successes. Based upon records Rafael is easily the second best option after Mourinho and the drop to someone like Koeman for example, based solely upon records, is substantial. Therefore it is reasonable to extrapolate that Rafael would be much more likely to succeed than someone like Koeman though there are no guarantees.

The most frustrating thing for me is there's been so many nearly moments, where all it would have taken was a little flexibility in his approach, and we could have achieved things. Crystal Palace at home when we blew 4th position, Kiev away, the semi finals...if he'd brought in a defensive coach for this season who knows what we could have done...

I don't think he will ever get opportunities like he's had at Everton.
