4th league win in a row - first time in 6 years we have achieved this.

57 points after 30 games - 6 points ahead of what we had at the same stage last season.

It is also more points after 30 games played than we had in 2 out of our last 3 title winning seasons in 1969/70 (46 points after 30 games played) and 1986/87 (55 points after 30 games played).

57 points after 30 games played is the biggest points total we have had at this stage of a season since 1985/86, when we had 62 points after 30 games played. In 1984/85, we had 63 points after 30 games played.

In short, historically speaking, we are doing fantastically well, and this is one of the best Everton seasons in 25 years plus, far more than any David Moyes-era season.

Its true but I would like to point out that in 69-70 it was only 2 points for a win and we went on to accumulate 66 points. That is the equivalent to 95 points albeit over 42 games.
