One thing I'm loving about his squad rotating is that besides Lukaku none of our attacking players are 'vital' and need to start every game that they're available for. We're rotating Deulofeu, Osman, Barkley, Mirallas, Naismith, McGeady and Pienaar to great effect. It means that none of them get too big for their boots, and we're not reliant on one or two players, so if an offer does come in for someone and they go, they won't be missed as badly as they could be. It keeps players on their toes too and makes sure that there is no complacency with competition for places.
It's just ace, isn't it?
