Absolutely crazy player management. It seems that decent players in their prime just aren't valued. Fully expect to see Gibson Mirallas and Oviedo shown the door at some point. All good players.

Depends on your point of view. Has Kone been more useful than Jelavic would have been? Who is replacing Naismith? If no one comes in that's a terrible decision.

It's not so much the sales he's made (because he's been in the unique position not to have to sell anyone so hasn't made that many) it's the sales that are to come and also his inability to effectively replace Osman Pienaar Howard.
