I can't help but think our team would be a boss counter attacking team. Stones, McCarthy and Besic in midfield, Barkley and Lukaku, not to mention Mirallas and the full backs if we had any width these days. We can still play tiki taka for 70% of the match like if that's what Martinez wants. But just play to our players' strenghts every once in a while.

I'm actually numb with shock at the moment. I knew things were bad and the QPR result was a flimsy plaster over the wound at best, but I didn't think it was this bad.

Can't defend some of our performances this year. Martinez has been getting it very wrong.

He desperatly needs to give up on cramming all his forwards into a single team. When we start playing games that actually matter again in the new year, we can't give up the wings like that.
