I just find it hilarious that folks on here are slating the club over this when we can't even see what it says yet mate.

Had we done something like that last year...say put of a huge banner that said 'The Chosen One', then yeah, I could see the cringing.

We are Everton FC, not Roberto FC. I really like the guy, and this poster/mural doesn't appear to be in keeping with his personality.

Branding exercise. Wouldn't be surprised to see smaller ones of Rom, Ross, Stones, and the like.

Roberto is the face of Everton FC at the moment. Not sure if I agree the best way to portray that is on the main stand, but we certainly do need to roll with the fact that Roberto Martinez and his young charges are our image right now.
