I admit it: I've never forgiven him for Origi. I don't think he should be forgiven. In a strong field, that is a contender for the worst moment I've experienced as an Everton fan. Likewise. And we were excellent in that game. Should have won. Were on a run of great form if I'm not mistaken too. That moment was a turning point not just in that season but also was the beginning of the end for Silva - even if we did salvage some pride towards the end of that season. That ridiculous blunder shellshocked us for months and propelled the RS in the other direction.

I think he's a cert to play in the FA Cup games. Its become a trend to have "cup" keepers. The Utd game in normal circumstances would be a bit risky, but without fans and lets face it, Utd are nothing special anymore - I would think its as risky putting Pickford in nets for any game now...

It depends how Pickford plays in this upcoming International break or even if he plays.

Possibly just can't see it for United for some reason. I mean Carlo needs to see him in training anyway and he might be worse than a Stek and not play in anything haha.

As I say, if he plays and starts throwing them in for England then I doubt Carlo puts him anywhere near the Derby.

By the same token if Southgate drops him, it might give Carlo a push to do the same.

I dont think that you can sign a pre contract agreement with a player in the Premier league. I believe that you can only do with a player from a foreign league

Bringing up goals conceded stats in useless. They say stats don’t tell you the full story and that’s probably a major one considering it’s the defenders in front of him that are adding to that stat.
