I do wish he was as good as he thinks he is, he has potential and can score goals but is by no means the finished article. He may one day be a top striker, but, not yet and not without an attitude change.

He will be gone next summer. We need to line up 2 quality strikers. We have had 2 years to do that. I would ban all players from speaking to media in relation to their clubs. FFS not a surprise, another massive reason we cocked up the transfer window not getting another striker. He says he'll do his best but his heart isn't in it, we could be in for a tough time.

There is an old adage in football about keeping unhappy players at a club.

We saw Stones playing with his mind elsewhere for most of last season.

This fellow seems to be gearing up to do the same this season.

You would think after his wet lettuce displays since March and his disappointing Euros he would keep his gob shut and just knuckle down to try and improve his game.

Divil the bit.......his ego is way too rampant for that.

Let's hope we fetch someone in for the start next season, or even January and snatch the hand of any club mug enough to pay north of £60 million for him.

I know its a cliche and no, im not an expert, but his body language the last few games has screamed "HELP, GET ME OUT OF HERE", its been a long time since ive seen somebody so unwilling to even attempt to look happy.

I just hope he pulls his tripe out to get a move or maybe he feels like he did that last season with his goals? I really hope he doesnt consider the other option, which is to play like an utter trumpet and force us to lower our asking price to move him on.

No problem with people having ambitions and feeling Everton is not the place to achieve them, like Stones or even wanting out but continuing to play with a smile like Mirallas, cant stand players like Lukaku who just sulk and cry.
