I just think you have forgotten what its like to see your main striker struggling to hit 10 goals a season Tubes.

I get your points regarding the big sulking belgian twerp, but hes the best striker we have had in the last 20 or so years and we will not get anybody even close to his talent.

C'mon, at least he is being honest about it, instead if the rest of the squat, running around, kicking the ball like they could care les.
The latest season was a disaster, and had it not been for Lukaku, we would have been neglected.

Give the man some prop. He playes for a team, that is in a missrable state, yet he is the topscorer of PL.
I don't care who he favorit team is, he is a hell of a player, to have on your side

I'm not sure if this post is sarcastic or not, because a lot of it is wrong.
 
Rom wanted us to sign better player's which we are doing, wouldn't surprise me if he had second thoughts especially since it looks like the price tag might be putting potential buyers off
 

He probably thought he could lie on his sunbed and take a pick of stellar clubs, he might realize we are the best place for him

Wasn't a joke.
  • I don't think the rest of the sqat did much running tbh
  • Who would have neglected us last season without rom?
  • Or did you mean relegated, in which case, no that's wishful thinking to think that
  • Last season was not a disaster
  • Our squad was/is not in a miserable state. It's the 7th best in Britain! There's thousands of clubs in Britain is in the best 0.01%
  • He was not top scorer
 
Lukaku leaving or not we'll still need to invest in a proper striker this season. Most logical signing will be dembele.

How do you know that? Chelsea may have bid £65m and we have turned it down, would that be proper bid?

Whilst you are correct, in that we dont know for sure if any bids have been made, I think it is reasonable to assume, that if £65m was tabled, someone in the transfer food chain would have leaked it.

Not really sure how he's the most logical. Surely a player like giroud, bony, vardy, benteke or iheanacho who have scored goals in this league are more logical.

Bit tired of typing this, but honestly, we won't get a better goalscorer than Lukaku. We can easily get a better forward though.
