Hate to do a Theresa May here but I really don't think anything has changed. I've seen little difference in his general play from now and when he was supposedly good. All that has happened is that his goals have dried up and his general game has been exposed as a result.
Yes, he's overweight but I think the impact that has had has been overblown by those seeking excuses for him.
