I wasn't a fan of him mailing it in for a few months at the end of the season because he didn't feel we had anything to play for.

And for that reason I can't stand about 70% of the current squad right now either. Show some desire FFS

Williams isn't exactly a beacon of virtue ... That particular match Williams played well, but for the rest of the season he was quite substandard so I can somewhat understand that he doesn't want to be criticized by someone like him.
