Lad if you keep picking players that have priven to be utter dribble all season you have to take a large part of responsibility. How can he keep picking jags and barry. I mean the have been shocking all season. Barrys performances since october are some of the worst i have seen by a player in a blue jersey since i started following everton in 1983. Yet he keeps playing him. Jags has made mistake after mistake. Mori come in and does alright. Yet he drops him and brings back in jags. It is very poor management. I would guve him a couple of years but i am a bit worried at moment.

The whole squad is bilge lad. Nearly everyone to a man with one or two possible exceptions. Koeman is working with a horrendous side and yes possibility he's made some bad calls but I reckon he must of had a valid reason for making those decisions. He see's the players day after day (can we please leave out the normal idiotic comment about him only working one day a week here please!) so he therefore has a better understanding of the squad then anyone on here does. If he makes decisions you or I don't understand I trust he's made them for a good reason.

Along with all the many other things he needs to sort out, he needs to do something about our slow starts. They are killing us. We did this under Martinez, we don't seem to start playing until we go a goal behind, and then they get jolted into action for a while.
