didnt you have a severe dip during that horrible run where you were seriously doubting him?
i can't get excited about him, and think he will maintain the current level and not much more....apart from a couple of great runs that will have us dreaming and looking up. I hope I'm wrong because I want that feeling from 3 seasons ago back again. Watch us go out and feel we can take on and beat anybody, excited for every game.
i understand relief and gratitude that we have recovered from where we were, and pretty quickly, but I honestly don't see a coach to have anybody 'buzzing'.

I did, but I'll never doubt that he will average a better points total and league placement than his predecessor.

I know but that's hardly a reason to be 'buzzing' over him though.
I do think in general that a lot of the strong enthusiasm over a decent manager is more to do with the mess of the last two seasons rather than anything particularly inspiring about the current season.
Anyway, doesn't matter, just makes me wonder what I'm not seeing when others are praising him to high heavens. Being on the fence is not too much fun really!

That is the attention to detail we need. Either that or better calibre of players in more offensive positions that can make that difference.
