The bold bit, with some better performances is all we want, there is no agenda from me on sacking the bloke yet, as frustrated as I may get on a match day.

He is honest and doesn't sugar coat situations like Bobby used to.

It sounds like to me he is having a go Lukaku, Barkley, Mirallas and co for not pressing enough. Therefore he cant play that way if only half or none of them are willing to do the dirty work.
He bought Williams to deal with crosses and marshall the defense.

We all do mate, but that's were we have to take a step back and look at it realistically and logically. He's been in the job 5 months, he shouldn't be expected to turn it around that quickly. He was left with a massive mess to clear up after the absolute buffoon before him!

Looking forward to seeing what players he can get in. His standing in the game is big, he is well respected for the things he has done on and off the pitch so I am actually excited to see what he can do.

Of course being football it could all go horribly wrong, lets hope for once it goes in the right direction for us.
 

Personally I think 6 months of training anybody should have you playing how you want, I'm not buying it. Why aren't they playing how he wants? He sees them in training everyday, he drills them, he holds meetings. So why has he not got his message over. I'm not having that the players are that bad, BS.

He's never been a top coach and sixteen years into his managerial career it's not looking likely that he will become one.
