The word seems to be that £200m would be the fee as he is a totaly free agent at the end of next season.
At £200m it is doable for City if they want it to be. I think he will stay at Barca.

that’s just the Spanish league crapping themselves over Messi leaving - you’d think that if the legal situation is as described (that the contract says “end of the season” rather than a specific date) then Barca don’t have a leg to stand on
