No idea, but I also wonder what percentage of alleged crimes against rich n famous footballers are fully true. The answer is probably somewhere in the middle, even though the alleged victims always seem quick to sell their stories and try get a payday or enhance their social media status. In short, I have no idea what Ronaldo did do or did not do in relation to allegations made about him, but facts and due process is hardly relevant to the twitter mob these days, is it.
Maybe. I suppose in this case there was story that was publicised. I think you're at liberty to form an opinion on the credibility of that story. Whether you suspend judgment pending a legal determination is up to you.
Case by case basis I think.

What charity got todo with this?
He’s done good charity work, which is excellent. Doing more than others is possibly debatable and also unfair on less wealthy individuals who don’t have the means to give as much. But fair play.
On the pitch he’s becoming a bit of a caricature. With his powers diminishing he’s looking like a spoiled prima donna rather than a single-minded winner. He’s become the circus that United really didn’t need coming to town.

He’s a brat, and he’s been a brat for years and years and years.
He should do the right thing with the kid and his family, which means a proper apology in person, a new phone and probably a small financial gesture in addition or the hospitality tickets etc.
Separately to that he should face serious sanctions by the Premier League.
Players have had suspensions for giving fans the finger, and as mentioned earlier there was cantona at the other end of the spectrum. He should get a van somewhere in the middle of those, and probably because it was a kid it should skew more towards severe than lenient.
I’d say a 4 match ban. More than you’d get for a red card in a match. A proper punishment.
