He's a draw, just like Bobby Charlton was. He'd be better off going and being a youth team coach somewhere, somewhere warm, and sunny. Somewhere where the main manager can help bring him on and get to know a squad and sub squad and try to realise a few styles of play and the players to put it into practice.

He's advanced to far beyond where he should be, and the whirlwind around his playing days is overshadowing his capabilities and achievements as a manager. Needs to start again.
