Ross Barkley joins Chelsea, er, Villa on loan

Not a hater, if he gets his confidence right could be a fantastic player, consistently. There is no doubt the talent is there.

For me you cannot categorically state that he would:

1: Fit into this team
2: Be a better player than those players that we have not seen much of.
3: Over time be more influential than players that should be playing better than they are (mainly Sigurdsson).
4: As with above, in his position or just in a general sense. If we are talking about a general attacking sense then Richarlison is, for me, miles better and has the potential to be even more miles better than Barkley could ever dream of being.

With all that being said, he didn't want to be here and that is the end of it.
All that effort posting that when the last sentence nailed it.

Who cares? he isnt in our squad and dosent want to be, no point us worrying about these players who dont want to stay.
A few weeks ago we were all made up with the work Brands did, no all of a sudden after a few poor games people think the new buys are crap even tho they haven even all played
Tbf, I'm made up with Richarlison and I'm not going to pass judgement on Digne et al as it's too early.
A TOFFEE THAT CAME FROM WAVERTREE.

We always sell the players we have boss songs for.
Seamus Coleman prayer circle, anyone?

I’m surprised he was benched seemed to do well the other night? I didn’t watch it.

It’s a shame he didn’t want to stay we might’ve had him captain and not Davies.
