Know what you mean.I'd take the celebrate before you score effort v Bournemouth.
remember when he scored in the 4th minute of injury team for us to take the lead 3-2...only for them to score an equaliser (in extra injury time thanks to his celebrations)...that was peak Everton that...(mind you, there are so many peaks, we could all become sherpas lol)

When you are blaming a player for conceding a goal, because of his goal celebration, you know you have issues with that player.

Epic level of bitterness that.

No mate, you've totally wandered off the reservation with that interpretation. I'm not knocking Ross for the celebration, I'm laughing at the whole "everton that' debacle at the end of that game.
I don't harbour any enmity toward Rosscoe at all.

Pity it didn't work out for him at Everton I just don't think a lot of young players consistently give it 100% when the chips are down. He's living the dream extremely wealthy prof football player living in a great part of London. He was decent at times, I used to go mad at Moyes singling him out but he's probably been proved right cos he is lacking and isn't top class, expectation was too high at Goodison in any case.

We'll change the motto just for you

Like the time Phil Neville got picked for the last 1,278 England squads until the day he signed for us......

Not quite true.

He received 8 caps for England in the 2 years prior to joining Everton.

He received 7 caps for England in the 2 years after joining Everton.

He received 0 England caps after 2007. Largely because he was 30 and wasn't good enough to replace (let alone displace) Ashley Cole, Lampard, Gerrard, Hargreaves, Gary Neville and Michael Carrick. Think Sven, Mclaren and the various England managers at the time placed more emphasis on youth - "The Golden Generation"

He was an absolute rat and sold us out but I can't hate him, I'd take him back instantly. His goal against City for us is one of my favorites ever.

That is Barkley to a tee.

His best ever goal at Goodison almost set up the unthinkable:(

(for me thiugh, the solo goal at Barcodes was hus best ever moment at EFC :))
