People need to move on though. It’s been a long time.

I’m not saying I want him back but he’d walk in to our midfield right now.

True.

But he's still a very good technical player who can make something out of nothing. If he's happy going in and out the squad at Chelsea next season, he's a worthwhile player to have.

Think the midfield squad of Kante, Kovacic, Jorginho, Barkley very solid

Yep, he's an instinctive player.

But he would never be trusted to be a mainstay of a top team. Not that he's bothered in the slightest.

basically he is a professional footballer. Get paid to do a job. Probably likes challenging for trophies while earning more money too. And get booed and sparked out less
 
He bombed so many attacking opportunities for Chelsea with his poor passing and slow to see the right pass.

He hasn’t massively improved since he went to Chelsea has he
