sadly that may be the case. He's missed a massive amount of football from when he was a yoof after breaking his leg and now will be pretty much a year out with a glass hammy. It could explain why he has never progressed and improved. Enjoy Sheffield United Roscoe

Karma really struck him down at the start of the season. If his hammy keeps playing up he's absolutely had it. Not that I really care.

BBC Sport ran it this morning. It appears Chelsea have about 8 players out with hammys, including Ross.

Chelsea midfielder Ross Barkley, 24, may have suffered a hamstring injury which, if confirmed, would make the Englishman the eighth player at the club to suffer such a problem this season.
