wants 140k and that they didn't want to pay that much to a player who isn't a guaranteed starter. Neither are
they prepared to pay what Everton are asking and won't budge unless the fee comes down.

Can understand why Spurs wont pay that but from what I hear West Ham are throwing silly wages around since its the only way they can attact players so he might get it off them, Everton just need to be sensible and lower the price to a more realitic value, 20m something like that, its the only way we are giong to shift him

Bit like Arsenal and Sanchez - even 50m for them now is not worth it financially.
