I agree with the general gist of what you are saying but one of our problems has been having talented players who crumble under any form of pressure.

Pressure isn't the same thing as bile though, is it. Big games are pressure. You'd like to think your players would be encouraged to do well. The atmosphere at Goodison can border on poisonous. I don't know why some people even go to games.

Koeman is under pressure to deliver, no doubt about it, backed like no other manager previously. But I was referring to why it was koeman's fault Rom and Ross didn't sign lucrative contracts.

Yeah agreed but that's just how it is. It's like that at every club, a pro just gets on with it.

I don't go for this one of us stuff really. I think it means less and less as time goes on. I would like him to stay because he is a good footballer (not a great one..) not because he is a blue.

It may be personal between the pair of them, they may have had a big bust up - I have stated all a long Ross will follow Lukaku to Man U!

Moron fans at every ground mate. Don't be so niave. If he goes to a smaller club they be happy to have him and hel get free reign like he did under martinez. Manages to get move to club above us hel be under exact same pressure so not sure what's going to change.
He's a grown man so no excuses not to step up and take criticism from manager fans and the press

That's dead bizarre what you've just typed isn't it mate, when you really stop and think about it.

Given him 4 full seasons playing every game in his best position and he was good for 2 half seasons. Any other player putting those sort of performances in Would have been scapegoated the way Ross will be at another club. He had an unbelievable opportunity here but sadly developed a massive victim complex. Anyone blaming the fans is crazy.
