He's overvalued himself. Poor lad. Brilliant, yes. Consistent, no. That's the problem - if he was making an impact in most games he played, he could command the wages he's reportedly asking. But he's not and he can't. Sad to see him jibbed off to the likes of Toon but maybe the best place for him - his inconsistency will not let him challenge for a spot at Spurs, he'll rot as a squad player at Chelsea.
Regardless, he's moved on in his own head, get the best fee possible and jib him off.
