It's dead weird watching England play between the back three, occasionally Tripper and Kane. It's like the entire middle of the park is being circumvented.

I'd like to see much more nastiness from Everton so I'm certainly not going to condemn England players trying to get opponents sent off. That wasn't much of a headbutt, but it was still a headbutt and to give any other decision other than a red card is wrong.
