Another farcical finish. That referee was determined to draw significance out of a completely dead game. Lewandowski was blessed to get a second chance given it was his stupid technique that essentially invited the French players into the box. The way he celebrated the goal told a tale too: all about Robert rather than the team. A good player, Lewandowksi, but did far less for his country in the big tournaments than Lato or Boniek.
